COURSE OBJECTIVE
The objective of this 1 day category training course is to provide you with the
basic tools you need
to be successful in the aspects of category cable installation, termination and testing per EIA/TIA
Standards. This course is non-vendor specific, and allows participants to work
"hands-on" with a wide variety of materials supplied by a number of leading
manufacturers. You will acquire necessary information to effectively manage your cabling
network using state-of-the-art components and equipment. No prior knowledge or experience
is required for participation. |

INSTRUCTORS
Certified Instructors: EIA, SCA, FOA, and WCCC. All instructors
have a minimum of 20 years of
experience in the wire and interconnect industry. All instructors
have
taught a general fiber optics and copper courses for numerous clients such as Conrail,
Verizon Telephone, Merck & Co., FAA, US Steel, DEC, IBM and many other corporate,
government, and
institutional clients. |

COURSE
FEE
The fee covers course tuition, manuals, and the use of all course materials. A
certificate will be awarded upon completion of the course. Any traveling, hotel
accommodations, meals or parking expenses that may be incurred are not included. Payment
must be received ten (10) business days prior to the course date. For
on-site training, a minimum of 6 people will be required. CALL FOR

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation and full refund will be allowed if written cancellation is received in our
office at least ten (10) business days prior to the course start date. Registrants who
cancel more than three (3) business days in advance, will be refunded 50% of the course
fee. Registrants who do not attend or cancel less than three (3) business days prior to
the course start date are responsible for the full registration fee. Registrants may
request to transfer to a later course date provided there is space available, the course
fee is paid in full and the request is made seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled
course date. Substitutions may be made at any time. |
